岗位职责: ROLE SUMMARY The Manager for China MDM Solution Delivery and Engineering will help support the implementation and DevOps for Pfizer’s Global master data management solutions including playing a key role in developing the technical approach and evolving the solution design / architecture with a key emphasis on implementing and governing the solution customized to China business needs. This role will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of the China customer / vendor / patient master data management solutions and working closely with the Global Product Owner and Scrum Master and the China EDSE Commercial Lead in an Agile DevOps process to oversee a SI vendor lead delivery team. This role will be responsible to bring innovation and new processes to improve MDM data quality to better serve downstream consuming systems and business process purposes. This role will be leading technical delivery of MDM solutions supporting key business objectives such as customer and patient centricity and to support multiple in-flight Pfizer digital transformation initiatives. Critical to this role will be coordinating a cross-functional core team to support key enterprise governance workstreams such as data quality and stewardship, portfolio and enhancement management and run support and ops. MDM Domains include Customer (HCP, HCO, Affiliations, Contacts), and may expand to Vendor, Product, Payers, Patients etc. in future based on business needs and data protection guidelines. Scope includes Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Transparency, Patient and Health Impact as well as additional Functional areas for future expansion. The China Customer master supports 6M customers currently and the expectation is that the China MDM Delivery lead will help re-platform the China MDM to Pfizer’s Enterprise standard Reltio platform. This work is expected to integrate new sources and consumers as well in addition to migration of current data and downstreams. This role requires a mindset to propagate Master Data integration throughout the Enterprise towards the goal of eliminating siloed pockets of MDM like processes in edge systems and support a single source of truth for Customers across all key business processes and systems. You will also maintain close working relationships with key upstream and downstream systems and platform teams, specifically collaborating on integration patterns and opportunities to improve data quality / stewardship for enterprise master data. This position will also be expected to supervise the technical delivery provided by SI vendors to ensure the delivery and the enhancements of high-quality solutions. Some of the key initiatives to be focused on in the next 18 months include supporting MDM program activities for the Customer Centricity initiative, supporting rollout of other Global downstream systems for Transparency, Events Management, Medical CRM etc. In addition to this, this person is expected to play a key role in supporting the platform migration strategy in moving some of the key countries off legacy MDM into Pfizer recommended enterprise MDM platforms and coordinating this with local country BioPharma teams as well as with all consuming downstream systems and processes. You will closely partner with senior Digital leaders such as EDSE Commercial China Regional team, China Client Partners, Pfizer architecture team, other Digital C4 teams such as China MDE, CRM, Marketing Tech, etc. as well as various Business and Digital colleagues at global and local market level. You will have the ability to operate in a transparent manner and effectively influence and communicate with system owners for commercial, regulatory, compliance and medical platforms. You will support the team in ensuring that the projects and enhancements for the China MDM program are delivered on time and on budget with high quality and good project management practices like effective risk and issue management. You will need to challenge the status quo, align competing priorities of stakeholders and find creative ways to resolve complex issues. You will be expected to support development of and fostering a sense of community by instilling a culture that promotes a work environment where diverse opinions, thinking, and perspectives are respected. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Director, Global Master Data Management Engineering Lead, the Manager, China MDM Solution Delivery and Engineering will be responsible for ensuring high quality design and accuracy in Pfizer’s Global Customer master data management solutions. MDM Strategy / Engineering Excellence Support MDM product owner’s vision for the MDM program to elevate it from a solution to a data product which is scalable and flexible to support new business use cases in this rapidly emerging digital transformation era Partner with the Master Data Management team and critical integrating system partners from CRM, Marketing Tech, Commercial Ops, Transparency etc. platforms to develop a technical strategy and implementation roadmap for the MDM program Understand the unique customer needs of each downstream process and system and support through standard integration patterns as well as customized logic where necessary Ensure solution supports data-related regulations and compliance requirements, such as data privacy (China PIPL / Data Protection Law etc.) Collaborate with the MDM Hub Engineering and DevOps team to enhance the batch, real time API and near real time events streaming interface options as needed to support new upstream / downstream system integrations Project Management Support MDM projects to support large Pfizer programs for Customer Centricity, Digital Transformation initiatives, Rollout of China MDM systems for integration with Compliance / Transparency etc. and to support future product launches and acquisition integration or divestitures. Support the MDM platform migration projects and manage the dependencies across remediating downstream systems as well as the change management and business impact assessment to impacted stakeholders Work with the Product Owner and integration partners to coordinate the release, maintenance, and project schedules to avoid conflicts Support the change request process and provide implementation effort, dependencies and timeline estimates to facilitate prioritization process Data Quality and Stewardship Help move Pfizer MDM from a Tools and Platforms focus to a Data Product focus with Data Quality as an immutable characteristic Collaborate with DevOps team, Data Quality Operations teams, Technical and Business Data Stewards, Downstream business and system owners to track and proactively measure data quality, identify areas for data stewardship or business rule enhancements, and resolve issues in an agile manner Change Management, Training and Communications Develop change management strategy and execute it in partnership with the product manager and client partner to ensure adoption of technical solutions and capabilities Innovation Gathers information about upcoming platform releases and determines which features to add to product backlog for consideration along with solution delivery colleagues and other stakeholders Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation (for e.g. AI / ML for matching and data quality, RPA to reduce repetitive Data Stewardship tasks, affiliation recommendations engine, advanced network visualization, mastering or enrichment of Customer 360 data leveraging unstructured and social media / big data etc. 任职要求: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor s Degree required •4 years of experience in data management, consulting and program management. •2 years developing and implementing master data management solutions. Customer MDM domain in pharma strongly preferred (HCO, HCP, affiliations) •2 years working on SQL with strong skills to do data investigation, root cause analysis and cross system analysis on DBs such as SQL Server, Redshift, Oracle, Teradata etc. •2 years leading meetings with cross-functional IT and business leads for project management and governance. •2 years of experience collaborating with cross functional team members across distributed sites •1 year experience working in Agile, Scaled Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies and delivering product increments in sprints / MVP releases. •Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, problem solving, prioritization and analytical skills •Demonstrated aptitude and attitude to get immersed in the resolution of technical challenges and technical advancements •Ability to communicate the results of complex analysis to non-technical audiences via effective visualizations and presentations •Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS •Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience strongly preferred •Knowledge and experience with Reltio, Informatica MDM preferred •Additional MDM domain experience such as Payer, Product, Patient and Vendor / supplier would be nice to have •Commercial Data Management expertise (Sales, CRM Activity, Sampling, IC, Targeting, Alignment, Sales Reporting, Transparency Reporting, Events Mgmt., Speaker Programs etc.) •Experience with Tableau / MicroStrategy / Power BI or similar BI tools •Experience with Snowflake / Oracle and various forms of enterprise data integration such as ETL, API and message queues / streaming •Demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly; shift direction with just enough information; and operate effectively in gray areas •Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and to connect and engage with colleagues at all levels of the organization including the shop floor and Pfizer senior leadership Work Location Assignment: On Premise
